When a case gets tossed over the notice, the filing & eFiling fees alone run about $130. Then there's a new notice, another notice period & the rent you're not collecting while you wait.
One month of the annual plan is $99. If you've got a handful of doors & tenants who sometimes run late, it usually isn't close.

Does it cover rentals outside Wisconsin?
Not right now. Evictago is built on Wisconsin's ch. 704 & only works for rentals in Wisconsin.
