No. Evictago is software, not a law firm, & using it doesn't create an attorney-client relationship. It shows which notice matches the answers you enter, figures the dates & builds the paperwork. You choose what to serve.
What if my situation needs a lawyer?
Some do, period. When your answers point to one of those situations, Evictago tells you instead of building a notice, & it has a list of Wisconsin attorneys you can contact. Those are listings, not recommendations.
Does it work in my county?
If the rental is in Wisconsin, yes. Evictago is built on ch. 704, Wisconsin's statewide landlord-tenant law.

I only need a notice once or twice a year. Is it worth it?
Go month to month for the month you need it & cancel when you're done. If you've got one rental & a tenant who always pays on time, you probably don't need Evictago at all.

Can I try it first?
Yes. The sample case walks a made-up tenant all the way to a finished notice. Nothing gets served.
What happens to my tenants' information?
It stays in the app. We don't use your tenants' names, addresses or balances for marketing, ever.
Do you work outside Wisconsin?
Not right now. Every rule in Evictago is Wisconsin's.
